Update is: There was a very large trash dam upstream just south of Wooster Rd. There was a large volume of oil in that dam but where that originated from is not known. In collaboration, the City of Akron, City of Barberton and the OEPA put in a hard boom downstream, crews entered the water…

Very few do not leak something just sitting there. Where does it go?
Managed to pull a couple bags of trash out and plan for more in the morning. Some areas capturing more than others but all are doing the job. Encampments are still active and growing notifications have been sent again. The big wheels move slow, patience.
