On Saturday, River Guardians Ohio, took to the zoo!! We were invited by the Akron Zoo to partake in their ‘Party for The Planet’ event in celebration of the upcoming Earth Day holiday. It turned out to be a great day despite the downpour that started around 1:30 pm until the end at 5 pm….
Kat made it down, joining in the festivities and brought a “faceless” friend! Then along came two young ladies that wanted to become River guardians…if they could wear the official hat! They sported an RGO sticker!
